Mr. President,
I have been in Federal Prison for the last 7 years for a crime that I did not commit that was created by 2 FBI agents, 1 Federal Wildlife Agent, and 2 very corrupt Assistant U.S. Attorneys out of Oklahoma City. They in partnership with 4 convicted felons created these crimes in order to have me arrested, convicted, and put in Federal Prison for 21 years for something I did not do.
The first thing I would like you to ask yourself is how someone who had not ever even gotten a speeding ticket, never arrested for drugs, never had a gun charge, never assaulted someone, never stole anything, never touched anyone, could get a sentence of 21 years?
Just as the Department of Justice was weaponized against you, it was weaponized against me for nothing more than a political agenda to pass the Big Cat Safety Act and monopolize tigers in America.
Former Vice President Harris bragged on her Twitter account that she co-sponsored the Big Cat Safety Act for Carole Baskin and the Global Federation of Animal Sanctuaries (GFAS), which exempted the GFAS from this law and for everyone to watch Tiger King as they nicknamed that bill the Tiger King bill.
After they arrested me they held me without bond and kept me in solitary confinement so I could not help build my case, find evidence, or speak to anyone to testify on my behalf. They charged me with one charge and when I asked for my constitutional right to a fair trial, they charged me with 22 more charges just as they did your 94 indictments.
During the two years of trial and sentencing, I spent every day in solitary confinement while they filmed Tiger King using my scripted footage off of YouTube to make me look crazy while paying tens of thousands of dollars to their convicted felons to lie under oath and all of the evidence of that in video and phone recordings are at the following link www.JoeExoticOfficial.com.
After watching the videos of them admitting to perjury and their first plot to kill me, I would ask you why no one has ever been charged with perjury or conspiracy to commit murder. It might be something for Attorney General Pam Bondi to investigate as to why the U.S. Attorney in Oklahoma City knowingly allowed felons to lie under oath.
Mr. President, what Tiger King the show did to me was as unjust as what the Department of Justice has done to me. No one was shown the hard work I did to grant last wishes for dying children with my foundation called the Animal Miracle Network. No one was shown the hard work I devoted on every Holiday to open my zoo for free and cook a full dinner for hundreds of people who had nowhere to go for the Holidays. No one was shown how I opened my zoo for free on Easter with a 10,000 egg Easter egg hunt for kids that could only afford plastic Walmart shopping bags for Easter baskets to hunt eggs. No one was shown or told how I signed autographs to raise the 70,000 African Rands to hire Rangers in South Africa to protect white Rhinos. No one was shown my Tigers for Tots program where I took toys to the children's hospital during Christmas each year and delivered toys to homes in the 4 surrounding towns to kids who had no Christmas.
And last, no one was shown the tears I shed when an animal in my care died or a child that I became close to died. And how I raised thousands for Operation Smile, my favorite foundation to fix children's faces.
Putting me in Prison was not about saving tigers or me abusing anything. All of my tigers are now at GFAS Sanctuaries where they are charging $50.00 per person to see my tigers, just as I was, but only charging $16.99 per person.
If this was about helping tigers or bringing awareness to them, Carole Baskin would have left my zoo the way it was and just stopped breeding, as after Tiger King came out on Netflix, it would have been the world's most famous sanctuary but instead, they took the doors off my house and let horses live in it, they removed all of my animals, spray painted nasty comments on all the buildings and sold my, that was worth, 5 million dollar zoo for only $140,000.00 with a 100-year contract that it could never be a zoo again.
Think of the tigers in captivity and in the wild, that this zoo could have helped and saved.
This was only about destroying Joe Exotic and being able to raise money by saying they rescued my animals. Nothing has changed for my animals except they no longer have anyone walking in a cage to love on them like I did. And speaking of cages, some of my cages were 2 acres large for only 3 tigers. Never had I ever been accused of animal abuse or animal cruelty by anyone except PeTA and Carole Baskin who now owns my animals.
I cared for my elderly parents who both had dementia and made sure they never went to a nursing home. The minute they arrested me and held me without bond my niece got my power of attorney away from me for my parents and put them in separate nursing homes so they could not communicate, and she took their house, land, and everything my parents worked for and left them to die alone after 70 years of marriage. The evidence shows now that she also was part of creating this crime with the Federal Wildlife Agent in order to get my parent's property.
You do not have to give me a full pardon.
You became President as a felon, and I could live my life out as one as well because I look up to you and have since you ran in 2016. I am asking you to see that 7 years of my life have been lost for a crime that everyone has admitted perjury to.
My appeal has been going on for over a year and if I win my appeal the Judge who denied every motion we have filed in Oklahoma City will just hold the same corrupt trial, if I win a new trial so I am asking you for at least a commutation of my sentence to time served with no probation so I am able to travel to continue my charity work.
If you find it in your heart and in the name of justice to do either, I give you my word on my parent's grave (that I have never seen) that I will make you proud with the charity work I will continue to do for America and dying children in other countries.
I have no interest in owning animals again however, I want to work very hard on the conservation of wild tigers and lions and bring some truth to their plight of survival because so many people are lying about them to just raise money for themselves.
If you would grant this wish for Valentine's Day or my birthday in March of 2025, I promise you and America you won't be disappointed in letting me return to the free world.
One goal I have is to testify before Congress about what really goes on in Federal Prison. You would be shocked and disappointed.
