Joe Exotic to Matt Gaetz; I am innocent/pardon request
Congressman Matt Gaetz, Congratulations on being named for the appointment of Attorney General of the United States. There is no one better for this job than you.
Over the last 7 years of this injustice that has been done to me, you have been one of my strongest supporters of a pardon along with congresswomen Lauren Boebert and Senator Marco Rubio who opened a congressional inquiry for me.
You all have seen the evidence and the videos of the government witnesses admitting to perjury and admitting having had a plot to kill me if putting me in prison to steal my zoo didn't work out. We also now have over 400 phone recordings and videos of the federal agents knowing their witnesses were lying which were recorded by those very witnesses.
Red flag for the future, don't hire criminals to do your dirty work when you are a law enforcement officer with an agenda. The shocker is they admitted this not only under Oath on video depositions but also on world television in Tiger King 2.
My list of attorneys has grown leaps and bounds. John M. Phillips is the lawyer who obtained all of the evidence. Along with the additional evidence, he filed a lengthy complaint with Attorney General Merick Garland, the director of the FBI, the United States Attorney in Oklahoma City and in Florida with the evidence that the government witnesses that testified against me were engaged in credit card fraud, identity theft, bank fraud, sex trafficking and rape.

My own so called witness Carole Baskin even posted evidence of phone recordings on her very own YouTube channel of Allen Glover the governments hired hitman talking to one of Carole Baskins people on the phone (not knowing he was being recorded) admitting that he lied, and it was all made up that I hired him to travel to Florida to kill her. Those videos are on my site also as we captured them before she deleted them.
The question is why am I still in prison? Why does the current President and administration not give a damn about my innocence or the fact that these people that have committed real crimes and not been charged in my case and me allowed to return home?
My current attorneys John Pierce and Rodger Roots have me on appeal which if there is any honesty left to this system I will win and be able to go home at some point. But why should I sit in prison with two types of cancer, a blood disease that requires very expensive treatment every month, scabies and without the ability to even obtain minimal medical care? There is evidence that I am innocent, and these charges could be dropped or reversed by someone like you that will have the power to take this to an honest District Court (not the one in the Western District of Oklahoma) and have these charges dropped and allow me to move past this.
While being kidnapped by the American justice system and held as a political prisoner for Kamala Harris (who sponsored the Big Cat Safety Act), Carole Baskin who wrote the Big Cat Safety Act and exempted her GFAS organization and Dan Ash the former Director of the Federal Fish and Wildlife while he lead the charge on my investigation only to put me out of business and in prison to pass the Big Cat Safety Act also known as the Tiger King Bill.
I have been severely abused by federal contracted holdovers. Stripped naked, tied into a Chair and put into a dark shower until the skin came off my arms. (photos included below). The exact same place did this to a young kid named Justin Thao who they forced to kill himself in the same shower. My parents have died, I lost 55 years of hard work to only achieve the American dream of owning my own home and business. I have lost everything including my clothes and belongings (see YouTube, Joe Exotic's old zoo and house) I have gotten divorced and everyone in the world has benefited and profited from me being here except me.
You will have the power to correct this or at least recommend to President Trump to correct this in January of 2025.
I used to love my country but 7 years of being put through hell by my own country I have now questioned if I want to stay in America. I am sure that you have seen all the press this last couple of weeks.
I would love to become the Director of the Federal Fish and Wildlife Service and clean up the waste and the corruption within that department since President Trump is appointing people that can do that exact thing.
My only dilemma is I have full intentions on marrying Jorge Flores- a Mexican national who needs asylum to remain in America or I must go to Mexico with him.
Either way the FWS needs a major overhaul and the best thing about that department I have heard on the news in the last 7 years is on Fox News a gentleman said Trump needs to abolish that Department and return it to the states like the abortion issue.
That department serves America for no purpose other than cost because in 23 years I never saw a Federal Wildlife officer question anything I did with animals until there was an agenda to put me in prison to monopolize on exotic big cats.
Now they are weaponizing that Department against primate owners to pass the Primate Safety Act right along with the movie Chimp Crazy which was produced by the exact producer with the exact same agenda Eric Goode- which we have video of him paying large sums of cash to the people in Tiger King which not one person claimed as income on their taxes nor did he give out 1099's on cash paid under the table.
In closing Congressman Gaetz, my goal is not only to return to freedom in America and to marry an amazing man but to testify before Congress what is really going on in the American prison system behind closed doors and how Congress passes laws to destroy families and businesses based on political donations and lobbyists.
People should be held accountable for the deaths of prisoners and putting people in prison based on perjury and agendas just like the agenda they used to go after President Trump.
Until this happens America will never be the land of the FREE. Because America destroyed my life.
